Citi (NYSE: C) shares moving lower in pre-market action Friday following headlines from the WSJ Japan's Financial Services Agency is investigating Citi Japan. A source has said the probe is related to suspicion of "lax compliance."
The stock last traded at $26.34, down about 2.1 percent from Thursday's closing price.
