Goodrich (NYSE: GR) shares have fallen in pre-market action as the WSJ is saying the company and United Technologies (NYSE: UTX) may have problems reaching an agreement on price.
While talks between the two companies are said to continue, traders have already began looking at Rockwell Collins (NYSE: COL) as the next potential target. Rockwell Collins shares are up more than 2 percent ahead of the bell Tuesday.
