Icahn to Nominate 11 for Clorox's (CLX) Board of Directors

Activist investor Carl Icahn has sent a letter to Clorox's (NYSE: CLX) Board of Directors stating that he will be attending the Company's annual meeting and plans to "nominate and seek to elect the eleven individuals" to Clorox's eleven-member Board of Directors.

The list of nominees is:
