LDK Solar (NYSE: LDK) 19% LOWER; cuts Q2 sales guidance from $710-$760M to $480-$500M, vs. cons. $714M, shipments from 200-220MW to 75-80MW. FY11 sales guidance moves from $3.5-$3.7 billion to $2.5-$2.7 billion and module shipments to 750-800MW.

Marvell Technology Group Ltd (NASDAQ: MRVL) 13% LOWER; reported Q2 EPS of $0.38, $0.01 better than the analyst estimate of $0.37. Revenue for the quarter came in at $897.5 million versus the consensus estimate of $889.04 million. Sees Q3 sales of $940-$980 million, which compares to the Street estimate of $958.1 million. Adj-EPS are expected to come in at 39-43 cents, vs. the consensus of 42 cents.

Silicon Graphics (NASDAQ: SGI) 10% HIGHER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.12, $0.15 better than the analyst estimate of ($0.03). Revenue for the quarter came in at $189.8 million versus the consensus estimate of $160.76 million. Sees FY2012 EPS of $0.60-$0.80, versus the consensus of $0.83. Silicon Graphics sees FY2012 revenue of $740-$780 million, versus the consensus of $721.7 million.

Oplink Communications, Inc. (NASDAQ: OPLK) 10% LOWER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.28, $0.03 better than the analyst estimate of $0.25. Revenue for the quarter came in at $43.7 million versus the consensus estimate of $45.34 million. Sees Q1 2012 EPS of $0.12-$0.18, versus the consensus of $0.28. Sees Q1 2012 revenue of $41-$44 million, versus the consensus of $46.85 million.

HP (NYSE: HPQ) 8.6% LOWER; removing its $7 guidance for 2014 and also will be reviewing any webOS potential impairment. The company is looking for cash flow from operations of $12 billion and free cash flow of $8 billion this year. CEO Leo Apotheker said he doesn't expect the weakness in the public sector to improve.

Aeropostale, Inc. (NYSE: ARO) 8.4% LOWER; reported Q2 EPS of ($0.02), $0.01 better than the analyst estimate of ($0.03). Revenue for the quarter came in at $468.2 million versus the consensus estimate of $490.86 million. Aeropostale, Inc. sees Q3 2011 EPS of $0.09-$0.15, versus the consensus of $0.29.

Intuit, Inc. (NASDAQ: INTU) 5% HIGHER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.02, $0.02 better than the analyst estimate of $0.00. Revenue for the quarter came in at $593 million versus the consensus estimate of $583.06 million. Intuit, Inc. sees FY2012 EPS of $2.85-$2.94, versus the consensus of $2.84. Intuit, Inc. sees FY2012 revenue of $4.185-$4.285 billion, versus the consensus of $4.19 billion. Sees Q1 loss of $0.11 to $0.13, versus ($0.11) consensus. Sees Q112 revs of $575 to $585 million, versus $580 million consensus. Authorizes $2 billion buyback. Declares $0.15 quarterly dividend.

Autodesk, Inc. (NASDAQ: ADSK) 4% HIGHER; reported Q2 EPS of $0.44, $0.03 better than the analyst estimate of $0.41. Revenue for the quarter came in at $546.3 million versus the consensus estimate of $539.3 million. Sees Q3 2011 EPS of $0.38-$0.42, versus the consensus of $0.41. Sees Q3 2011 revenue of $535-$550 million, versus the consensus of $541.17 million.

Mentor Graphics Corp (NASDAQ: MENT) 3% HIGHER; reported Q2 EPS of $0.11, $0.06 better than the analyst estimate of $0.05. Revenue for the quarter came in at $213.7 million versus the consensus estimate of $209.97 million. Sees Q3 2011 EPS of $0.21, versus the consensus of $0.19. Sees Q3 2011 revenue of $245 million, versus the consensus of $239 million. Sees FY2011 EPS of $1.03, versus the consensus of $1.01. Reaffirms revs outlook.

Foot Locker, Inc. (NYSE: FL) 3% HIGHER; reported Q2 EPS of $0.24, $0.13 better than the analyst estimate of $0.11. Revenue for the quarter came in at $1.82 billion versus the consensus estimate of $1.18 billion. Second quarter comparable-store sales increased 11.8 percent.

Brocade Communications Systems (Nasdaq: BRCD) 2.5% LOWER; reported Q3 EPS of $0.09, $0.01 better than the analyst estimate of $0.08. Revenue for the quarter came in at $502.9 million versus the consensus estimate of $502.68 million.

Salesforce.com, Inc. (NYSE: CRM) 1% HIGHER; reported adjusted Q2 EPS of $0.30, in-line with the analyst estimate of $0.30. Revenue for the quarter came in at $546 million versus the consensus estimate of $528.78 million. Sees Q3 2011 EPS of $0.30-$0.31, versus the consensus of $0.31. Sees Q3 2011 revenue of $568-$570 million, versus the consensus of $556.6 million. Sees FY2011 EPS of $1.30-$1.32, versus the consensus of $1.31. Sees FY2011 revenue of $2.22-$2.23 billion, versus the consensus of $2.18 billion.
