Jefferies initiates coverage on SolarWinds (NYSE: SWI) with a Buy. PT $27.00.
The firm said, "SolarWinds will continue to benefit from secular growth trends and distribution advantages in its core network management market, while it remains early in its expansion to ancillary product and geographic markets. We believe SWI is well positioned to maintain above-market growth in the context of its 50% margin structure, providing visible earnings and cash-flow growth at an in-line valuation."
