Sun Healthcare Group Inc. (Nasdaq: SUNH) 55.9% LOWER; trading lower after CMS issued final FY12 payment update on Friday that cuts Medicare SNF rates by 11.1 percent on October 1, 2011. Following the news, Credit Suisse, Oppenheimer, RBC and Morgan Keegan downgraded the stock.

Talbots, Inc. (NYSE: TLB) 15.6% HIGHER; Sycamore Partners disclosed a fresh 9.33 percent, or 6,599,316 share, stake in Talbots. Following the filing there is speculation Sycamore Partners, a private equity firm, could seek to acquire the woman's fashion retailer.
Mad Catz (AMEX: MCZ) 12.9% HIGHER; traders are buying ahead of earnings on Thursday. The company was highlighted as a "momentum mover" at Seeking Alpha this morning.
Spartan Motors (Nasdaq: SPAR) 11.7% HIGHER; appears to be holding above the all-important 200-day moving average after a test this morning. Notably, the company was highlighted in a WSJ article this morning entitled "Some Companies Return to Offering Pay Raises."
