Goldman Sachs transfers coverage on Accretive Health (NYSE: AH) and maintained a Neutral rating and $31 price target.
The firm said the company offers the highest EBITDA growth in their Healthcare coverage universe as they expect EBITDA to more than double by 2013E.
Commenting on the targeted customer base, Goldman notes "There are 2,055 (average 205 beds) hospitals in not-for-profit multi-hospital systems, suggesting a direct market opportunity of about $15 bn and a current market share of only 6%."
While Goldman is positive on the best-in-class product, receptive customers, and large total addressable markets, they are waiting for a better entry point.
