An an amended Form S-1 filing with the SEC Monday morning, Dunkin' Brands Group (Nasdaq: DNKN) said it expects to sell 22.25 million shares of common stock at a price range of $16-$18 per share. The company plans to list on the NASDAQ under the ticker "DNKN."
The offering is being made through J.P. Morgan, Barclays Capital, Morgan Stanley, BofA Merrill Lynch, and Goldman, Sachs & Co.
