Hutchinson Technology Incorporated (Nasdaq: HTCH) 19.3% HIGHER; today revised its outlook for its fiscal 2011 third quarter ending June 26, 2011. The company now expects its third quarter suspension assembly shipments to increase approximately 10 percent compared with its second quarter shipments of 102.3 million. Over its previous expectation of flat.
LML Payment Systems (Nasdaq: LMLP) 17.7% HIGHER; reports Q4 EPS of $0.26, versus a loss of $0.01 reported for the same period a year ago. Revenue for the quarter was $25.2 million, compared to $3.6 million in Q1 of 2010.
J. C. Penney Company (NYSE: JCP) 17.3% HIGHER; higher as the Company tapped Apple's (Nasdaq: AAPL) Ron Johnson as its new CEO.
Country Style Cooking Restaurant Chain (NYSE: CCSC) 17% HIGHER; bouncing with a number of other US-listed Chinese companies today. The stock has pushed passed technical levels at both $11 and $12 already.
KV Pharmaceutical Co. (NYSE: KV-A) 16.7% LOWER; KV Pharma held a conference call after the market yesterday, discussing the filing of its 10-K. Shares saw selling at the opening of the market today. The stock is now below $3.
Majesco Entertainment Company (Nasdaq: COOL) 16.6% LOWER; reported Q2 EPS of $0.05, 2 cents worse than the analyst estimate of $0.07. Revenue for the quarter came in at $32.1 million versus the consensus estimate of $25.5 million.
Pacira Pharmaceuticals, Inc., (Nasdaq: PCRX) 13.0% LOWER; reports that the U.S. FDA has extended the Prescription Drug User Fee Act goal date for its review of the New Drug Application for EXPAREL (Bupivacaine Extended-Release Liposome Injection) by three months. The new PDUFA goal date is October 28, 2011.
Bona Film Group (Nasdaq: BONA) 9.9% LOWER; continuing a volatile run which began last week. The stock fell 27 percent at the beginning of last week, only to rebound by nearly 9 percent on Friday and another 7.6 percent yesterday.
