GLOBUS MARITIME LIMITED (NASDAQ: GLBS) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.16 per share, or $0.64 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on July 28, 2011, to stockholders of record on June 17, 2011, with an ex-dividend date of June 15, 2011.

The annual yield on the dividend is 7.1 percent.
