MakeMyTrip Limited (Nasdaq: MMYT) reports that it is proposing to offer and sell up to 1,600,000 ordinary shares and certain selling shareholders are proposing to offer and sell up to 4,400,000 ordinary shares, or 6 million aggregate amount.
The Company and the selling shareholders have also granted its underwriters an over-allotment option for up to 900,000 ordinary shares.
Morgan Stanley and Deutsche Bank Securities Inc. are acting as joint book running managers of the offering and Pacific Crest Securities LLC and Oppenheimer & Co. Inc. will act as co-managers.
