Ackman's Pershing Square Sells ADP (ADP), Target (TGT) and GM (GM)

Bill Ackman's Pershing Square Capital released its 13F for the quarter ended 03/31/2011.

The value of the disclosed portfolio was $5.4 billion at the end of the quarter, down from $5.8 billion at the end of Q4 2010. It should be noted that cash, short positions and various other securities are not required to be disclosed in the 13F filing.

Akcman continued to build his stake in Alexander & Baldwin, Inc. (NYSE: ALEX), which know, according to a recent 13D filing is 9.9%. He also sold out of his shares in Automatic Data Processing (NASDAQ: ADP), Target (NYSE: TGT) and GM (NYSE: GM).

CITIGROUP, Inc. (NYSE: C) raised from 14,651,428 shares to 14,670,777 shares (1-for-10 stock split)
General Growth Properties, Inc. (NYSE: GGP) raised from 69,965,786 shares to 71,802,853 shares
Kraft Foods Inc. Cl A (NYSE: KFT) raised from 19,470,089 shares to 22,239,265 shares

Corrections Corp. of America (NYSE: CXW) lowered from 7,827,430 shares to 4,417,100 shares
