UPDATE - Nomura Securities initiates coverage on Goodrich (NYSE: GR) with a Buy. PT $106.
Analyst, Jason Adams, said, "Among our coverage group, we estimate Goodrich has the highest medium-term growth rate in civil OE sales and the highest incremental margins in its civil aftermarket business. We think Goodrich offers a strong structural growth outlook with some cyclical upside potential. In terms of valuation, we estimate that Goodrich is trading on 13.0x 2012E P/E, which we think looks inexpensive given a medium-term earning growth forecast of 10%."
