XenoPort, Inc. (Nasdaq: XNPT) 67.2% HIGHER; GlaxoSmithKline (NYSE: GSK) and XenoPort report that the U.S. FDA has approved Horizant (gabapentin enacarbil) Extended-Release Tablets for the treatment of moderate-to-severe primary Restless Legs Syndrome in adults.

Qiao Xing Mobile Communication Co., Ltd. (NYSE: QXM) 22.5% LOWER; a meeting held in order a take Qiao Xing Moblie (Nasdaq: XING) was adjourned for lack of quorum because an insufficient number of shareholders attended the meeting to satisfy the quorum requirements. As a result, the meeting was adjourned permanently and XING will not be able to proceed with the Proposed Privatization via Scheme of Arrangement.

Century Casinos (Nasdaq: CNTY) 21% HIGHER; has pushed over the $3 level today. The stock has not been over this level since late-2009. More than 450,000 shares have already traded hands, which compares to the average daily volume of just 37,000 shares.

Ruby Tuesday, Inc. (NYSE: RT) 14.8% LOWER; reported Q3 EPS of $0.24, $0.07 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.31. Revenue for the quarter came in at $319.06 million versus the consensus estimate of $319.8 million. Same-restaurant sales decreased 1.2%. Lowers FY2011 EPS from $0.76 - $0.86 to $0.74 - $0.82, versus the consensus of $0.90. FY11 comps cut from flat - 2% to flat - 1%.

XOMA (Nasdaq: XOMA) 13.1% HIGHER; retaking the $3 level today. Volume is very heavy.

Movado Group Inc. (NYSE: MOV) 12% HIGHER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.05, $0.04 better than the analyst estimate of $0.01. Revenue for the quarter came in at $101 million versus the consensus estimate of $95 million. Movado Group Inc. sees FY2012 EPS of $0.60 - $0.65, versus the consensus of $0.36. Reinstates quarterly dividend at $0.03 per common share, $0.12 annualized.

The Buckle (NYSE: BKE) 11.7% HIGHER; reports an 8.4% rise in same-store sales for the month of March. The company also announced the planned resignation of Karen Rhoads, the company's VP of Finance and CFO.

Crosshair Exploration & Mining (NYSE: CXZ) 11.6% HIGHER; continuing higher today following an 11% jump yesterday.

Bed Bath & Beyond, Inc. (NASDAQ: BBBY) 9.9% HIGHER; reported Q4 EPS of $1.12, $0.15 better than the analyst estimate of $0.97. Revenue for the quarter came in at $2.51 billion versus the consensus estimate of $2.39 billion. Bed Bath & Beyond, Inc. sees Q1 EPS of $0.58-$0.61, versus the consensus of $0.60. Sees FY11 EPS up 10-15%.

Standard Microsystems Corp. (NASDAQ: SMSC) 8.9% HIGHER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.26, $0.05 better than the analyst estimate of $0.21. Revenue for the quarter came in at $101.2 million versus the consensus estimate of $97.46 million. Sees Q1 2012 EPS of $0.25 - $0.30, versus the consensus of $0.29.
