Nexxus Lighting, Inc. (Nasdaq: NEXS) 56.4% HIGHER; shares are surging this morning after the company announced the Nexxus' Array brand of premium LED light bulbs will be offered on Lowes.com and in 1,100 Lowe's (NYSE: LOW) tores across the United States.

Celera (Nasdaq: CRA) 30.4% HIGHER; Quest Diagnostics (NYSE: DGX) and Celera announced today that they have entered into a definitive merger agreement under which Quest Diagnostics will acquire Celera for $8 per share, representing a transaction value of approximately $344 million, net of $327 million in acquired cash and short-term investments.

Uranium Resources, Inc. (Nasdaq: URRE) 25.8% HIGHER; uranium stocks are making a rebound today, after a large sell-off all week, as more details and definitive timelines are being made for recovery in Japan. The depressed levels may also make them an attractive play, as many are oversold on the initial news reaction earlier in the week.

YRC Worldwide, Inc. (Nasdaq: YRCW) 20.8% HIGHER; another stock making a bounce today, following a large drop since the start of February on earnings and management transitions.

Coffee Holding Co., Inc. (Nasdaq: JVA) 19.3% HIGHER; continuing higher today, from yesterday after reporting Q1 EPS of $0.19, versus $0.10 reported for the same period a year ago. Revenue for the quarter was $25.6 million, compared to $21.4 million in Q110. JVA closed 33.7% higher yesterday following earnings.

Duoyuan Printing, Inc. (NYSE: DYP) 17.9% LOWER; filed an 8-K with the U.S. SEC updating on the company since the dismissal of Deloitte as their independent auditor. Mentioned a possible delisting as the company is unable to fulfil its obligations to file its Annual Report on Form 10-K for the year ended June 30, 2010, which was due by October 13, 2010.

New York & Co. (NYSE: NWY) 16.9% HIGHER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.13, $0.04 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.17. Revenue for the quarter came in at $303.2 million versus the consensus estimate of $302.81 million.

KV Pharma (NYSE: KV-A) (NYSE: KV.A) 12.8% LOWER; US Senator Sherrod Brown and Amy Klobuchar sent a letter late yesterday to the FTC Chairman urging a federal investigation into expected efforts of KV Pharma to monopolize pre-term labor prevention drug for pregnant women.

Evergreen Solar Inc. (Nasdaq: ESLR) 11.2% LOWER; seeing pressure today following LDK Solar's (NYSE: LDK) weak outlook for FY11.

PURE Bioscience (Nasdaq: PURE) 11.2% LOWER; reported Q2 loss of $0.07, versus ($0.05) last year.

Cost Plus, Inc. (Nasdaq: CPWM) 10% LOWER; reported Q4 EPS of $1.24, inline with the analyst estimate of $1.24. Revenue for the quarter came in at $341.6 million versus the consensus estimate of $341.6 million. Sees Q111 loss of $0.22 - $0.28 per share, versus estimate of ($0.27). Also sees Q111 revenue of $196 - $200 million, versus the consensus of $195 million.
