Guess? Inc. (NYSE: GES) reported Q4 EPS of $1.06, in-line with the analyst estimate of $1.06. Revenue for the quarter came in at $756.9 million versus the consensus estimate of $725.9 million.
Fourth-quarter comps down 1.1%.
Announce $250 million buyback.
Sees Q1 2011 EPS of $0.41-$0.44, versus the consensus of $0.61. Guess? Inc. sees Q1 2011 revenue of $555-$570 million, versus the consensus of $595.63 million.
For the full-year 2012, the company sees sales $2.72 billion to $2.82 billion, versus the estimate $2.75 billion. Sees FY12 EPS of $3.30 to $3.50, versus estimate of $3.50.
