Jackson Hewitt Tax Service Inc. (NYSE: JTX) 40% LOWER; reported Q3 GAAP EPS of $0.19, which does not compare to the analyst estimate of $0.32. Revenue for the quarter came in at $82.45 million versus the consensus estimate of $76.5 million. The company also canceled its Q3 conference call.

Green Mountain Coffee Roasters, Inc. (Nasdaq: GMCR) 31.1% HIGHER; Starbucks Corporation (Nasdaq: SBUX) and Green Mountain have announced that Starbucks will begin marketing, manufacturing, and distributing Starbucks and Tazo tea branded K-Cup portion packs for use in GMCR’s Keurig Single-Cup brewing system. Shipments and sales will begin in the Fall of 2011.

Atrinsic (Nasdaq: ATRN) 20.6% HIGHER; traders are buying the dip in this very volatile stock today. After rising 90% on Monday and another 5% on Tuesday, the stock fell by nearly 30% yesterday. Volume remains heavy but looks to be down rather substantially from that of the last 3 trading sessions.

NN Inc. (NASDAQ: NNBR) 18.9% LOWER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.30, $0.09 better than the analyst estimate of $0.21. Revenue for the quarter came in at $96.3 million versus the consensus estimate of $94 million. Sees FY11 revenue of $405-$415 million, versus the consensus of $411.40 million.

Coldwater Creek Inc. (NASDAQ: CWTR) 17.2% LOWER; reported Q4 EPS of ($0.40), $0.14 worse than the analyst estimate of ($0.26). Revenue for the quarter came in at $252.1 million versus the consensus estimate of $282.75 million.

Transition Therapeutics (Nasdaq: TTHI) 17.2% LOWER; technicians appear to be all over this one today as it seems that the stock could not hold over the $5 level. About 171,000 shares of the stock have already traded hands, which compares to average daily volume of about 144,000 shares.

Heelys, Inc. (NASDAQ: HLYS) 14.7% LOWER; reported Q4 EPS of ($0.12), versus a loss of 4c last year. Revenue for the quarter came in at $6.73 million, versus $11.4 last year.

Canadian Solar Inc. (NASDAQ: CSIQ) 14.7% LOWER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.58, $0.07 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.65. Revenue for the quarter came in at $452.7 million versus the consensus estimate of $417.56 million. Shipments for the fourth quarter of 2010 increased 18.5% to 237-MW. Sees Q111 shipments level with Q409. Reiterates FY11 shipments outlook.

Peet's Coffee & Tea Inc. (Nasdaq: PEET) 14.1% LOWER; shares are taking a bit of a tumble pre-market today, following the announcement of a new K-Cup agreement between Starbucks (Nasdaq: SBUX) and Green Mountain Coffee Roasters (Nasdaq: GMCR). The stock was also downgraded at Janney.

Autobytel Inc. (NASDAQ: ABTL) 14.1% LOWER; reported Q4 loss of $0.07, $0.02 worse than the analyst estimate of ($0.05). Revenue for the quarter came in at $14.66 million versus the consensus estimate of $14.13 million.

SMTC (Nasdaq: SMTX) 13.8% LOWER; reports Q4 EPS of $0.28, versus $0.16 reported for the same period a year ago. Revenue for the quarter was $64.6 million, compared to $51.2 million in Q409.

Samson Oil & Gas (AMEX: SSN) 12.6% LOWER; with crude oil down more than 2% today, the old spec oil plays are getting cracked once again.

SIGA Technologies, Inc. (NASDAQ: SIGA) 12.7% LOWER; reported Q4 loss of $4.2 million, compared to ($3.7) million last year. Revenue for the quarter came in at $3.1 million versus the consensus estimate of $10.03 million.

Human Genome Sciences Inc. (NASDAQ: HGSI) 11.2% HIGHER; The U.S. Food and Drug Administration approved on Wednesday the lupus treatment Benlysta developed by Human Genome, which will be co-marketed in the U.S. with GlaxoSmithKline (NYSE: GSK).

Xerium Technologies (NYSE: XRM) 10.8% HIGHER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.05, versus a loss of $39.60 last year. Revenue for the quarter came in at $144.6 million, versus $132.4 last year.

China Shen Zhou (AMEX: SHZ) 10.7% LOWER; continuing lower today following a 22% decline yesterday. Fears of fraud pushed the stock lower yesterday.

AFC Enterprises Inc. (NASDAQ: AFCE) 10.4% LOWER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.18, in-line with the analyst estimate of $0.18. Revenue for the quarter came in at $34.2 million versus the consensus estimate of $35.4 million. Same-store sales rose 2.6%. Sees FY11 EPS of $0.91-$0.95, versus the consensus of $1.00.

Semtech Corp. (NASDAQ: SMTC) 9% HIGHER; reported Q4 adj-EPS of $0.47, 6 cents better than the analyst estimate of $0.41. Revenue for the quarter came in at $116.3 million versus the consensus estimate of $113.29 million. Sees Q1 net sales of $117-$121 million with EPS of 41-44c. The Street is currently looking for Q1 sales of $114.40 million with EPS of 40c.

Iron Mountain Incorporated (NYSE: IRM) 8% HIGHER; Hedge fund Elliott Management Corporation submitted a letter to the Board of Directors of Iron Mountain, calling for a strategic review of Iron Mountain's capital allocation and operational efficiency.
