Financials Ripping Higher (XLF, C, BAC, JPM, more)

Financial stocks are trading sharply higher today. After trading up about 3% in this morning's pre-market session, the Financial Select Sector SPDR ETF (NYSE: XLF), a good way to get a broad measure of the entire sector, is up about 1.7%.

Elsewhere in the financial sector:
  • Bank of America (NYSE: BAC) up 3.2% to $17.68
  • Citigroup (NYSE: C) up 8.5% to $4.87
  • Goldman Sachs (NYSE: GS) up 1.3% to $164.10
  • JPMorgan (NYSE: JPM) up 3.2% to $43.76
  • Morgan Stanley (NYSE: MS) up 1.9% to $29.92
  • Wells Fargo (NYSE: WFC) up 2.7% to $28.22
