Cypress (CY) Jumps on SunPower (SPWR) Deal

Cypress Semiconductor (NYSE: CY) is 12% higher in mid-day trading following the upside move in SunPower Corporation (Nasdaq: SPWR) (+17%) on a major contract with PG&E.

Cypress Semiconductor owns a large stake in SunPower, which it is spinning-off by the end of the year.
