Greatbatch, Inc. (NYSE: GB) 8.2% LOWER; lowers guidance. The company expects full year sales to be in the range of $305 million to $315 million, GAAP EPS of $0.67 - $071 and adjusted EPS of $1.37 - $1.41. The company's previous guidance was sale of $320 million to $325 million and adjusted EPS of $1.57-$1.64. The consensus $324.14 million and $1.61.
NaviSite Inc. (Nasdaq: NAVI) 6% HIGHER; reported Q4 adj-loss of $0.04 per share, versus the consensus of an $0.08 loss. Revenues came in at $34.7 million versus the consensus of $33.67 million. Sees Q1 revenues of $36-$37 million, versus the consensus of $34.3 million. Sees FY08 revenues of $170-$180 million, versus the consensus of $150.5 million.

Red Hat Inc. (NYSE: RHT) 4.5% HIGHER; reports Q2 EPS of $0.17, ex-items, in-line with estimates. Revenues came in at $125.1 million versus the consensus of $127.3 million. The company also announced a $250 million buyback.
Motorola Inc. (NYSE: MOT) 3.2% LOWER; Citigroup initiates coverage on Motorola (NYSE: MOT) with a Hold rating and $20 price target, saying its still too early to get positive. The firm said, "We believe MOT's fundamental turnaround story likely a 2008 event at best & not Q3/Q4 2007 event."
Copernic Inc. (Nasdaq: CNIC) (formerly Mamma.com) INDICATED HIGHER; The company said the SEC dropped its investigation of the company with no enforcement action.
