UPWARD MOVERS:
First Solar, Inc. (Nasdaq: FSLR) +$6.15; Deutsche Bank upgrades First Solar from Hold to Buy

Research In Motion Ltd. (Nasdaq: RIMM) +$5.85; Goldman Sachs raises its price target on Research In Motion Ltd. from $260 to $295.

WellCare Health Plans, Inc. (NYSE: WCG) +$4.79; Stock moving higher throughout the day with no specific news releases.

Crocs, Inc. (Nasdaq: CROX) +$3.06; Piper Jaffray comments on Crocs, saying early checks suggest Brazil is exceeding initial sales forecasts. Analyst Jeffrey P. Klinefelter, said, "Based on population profiling, brand positioning, and initial response to Crocs' classic styles, we think Brazil could quickly become one of the company's top 10 global markets." The firm maintains their Outperform rating and $66 price target.

IntercontinentalExchange, Inc. (NYSE: ICE) +$2.52; Has entered into an amended definitive agreement to acquire the Winnipeg Commodity Exchange (WCE). WCE Holdings Inc. owns the Winnipeg Commodity Exchange Inc., the WCE Clearing Corporation, the Canadian Climate Exchange Inc. and the WCE Industry Services Corporation. The purchase price for the transaction is $77.59 (Canadian dollars) per common share or $50 million Canadian in the aggregate.


DOWNWARD MOVERS:
Moody's Corp. (NYSE: MCO) -$4.30; Shares continue to decline and have dropped 30% since June 6, 2007. Today's move could be related to a downgrade on McGraw-Hill (NYSE: MHP) by JPMorgan analyst.

Goldman Sachs Group Inc. (NYSE: GS) -$3.50; Stock seeing downward pressure as Investment Brokerage sector/industry is 1.54% lower.

Northern Trust Corp. (Nasdaq: NTRS) -$3.15; Stock trading lower as Regional-Midwest Banks sector/industry is down 2.27%.

Kensey Nash Corporation (Nasdaq: KNSY) -$2.25; Reports a Q4 loss of $0.15 (including charges) vs. consensus for $0.05 profit. Revenues were $16 million vs. $18.73 million consensus. For the first quarter of fiscal year 2008, the Company believes that its total revenues will be in the range of $17.0 to $17.7 million. Diluted earnings per share are expected to be $0.09 to $0.11 per share. (Consensus is $18.74 million and $0.16, respectively)
