Omrix Biopharmaceuticals (NASDAQ: OMRI) 15% LOWER; reported Q2 earnings of $0.09 per share, 12 cents worse than estimates. ($0.21) Revenues came in at $11.2 million versus the consensus of $13.0 million. The company also cut forecast for FY product sales. Sees 2007 product sales of $42-$47 million.

Sirona (Nasdaq: SIRO) 15% LOWER; reports Q3 EPS of $0.04 vs. consensus of $0.33. Revenues were $157.0 million vs. consensus of $152.32 million. The Company is lowering its Fiscal year 2007 guidance and now expects constant currency revenue growth of 6% to 8%, down from its previous expectation of 11% to 14%. Sirona's revenue growth rate assumes that Schick was in last year's results for the full prior-year period.

Key Technology, Inc. (Nasdaq: KTEC) 14% HIGHER; reports Q2 EPS of $0.54 vs. consensus of $0.33. Revenues were $31.0 million vs. $26.8 million consensus.

GigaBeam Corporation (NASDAQ: GGBM) 12% HIGHER; received a purchase order for two WiFiber® links, with an additional two links anticipated following successful installation, from a direct sale to a primary bank customer based in the Caribbean.

The Knot (NASDAQ: KNOT) 12% HIGHER; reported Q2 earnings of $0.15 per share, 5 cents better than estimates. ($0.10) Revenues came in at $28.5 million versus the consensus of $25.8 million.

InfoSpace (NASDAQ: INSP) 12% LOWER; reported Q2 loss of $0.86 per share, which does not compare to the consensus of a $0.13 loss Revenues came in at $70.5 million versus the consensus of $71.5 million.

Input/Output (NYSE: IO) 9% LOWER; reported Q2 earnings of $0.08 per share, which may not compare to the consensus of $0.13. Revenues came in at $158.6 million versus the consensus of $162.1 million. Sees 2007 revenues of $660-$710 million, versus the consensus of $681.5 million. Sees 2007 EPS of $0.45-$0.60, versus the consensus of $0.55.

Orbit International Corp. (NASDAQ: ORBT) 7% HIGHER; expanded the role of Cove Partners LLC to include the pursuit of alternative strategies, including the potential sale of the Company as a means of maximizing shareholder value.

Central Garden (NASDAQ: CENT) 5.6% LOWER; reported Q3 earnings of $0.22 per share, 8 cents worse than estimates. ($0.30) Revenues came in at $467 million versus the consensus of $508.9 million.

Brightpoint Inc. (NASDAQ: CELL) 6% LOWER; reported Q2 earnings of $0.35 per share, which may not compare to the consensus of $0.14. Revenues came in at $851 million versus the consensus of $770.4 million.

Blockbuster Inc. (NYSE: BBI) 5% HIGHER; Acquires Movielink, LLC

Novacea, Inc. (NASDAQ: NOVC) 4.9% HIGHER; Bear Stearns upgrades to Outperform.

Gap Inc. (NYSE: GPS) 2.3% HIGHER; comparable store sales for July 2007 decreased 7%. The company expects diluted earnings per share for the second quarter of fiscal year 2007 to be $0.19 to $0.20. (Consensus is $0.13).

ViaSat (NASDAQ: VSAT) 2% LOWER; reported Q1 earnings of $0.21 per share, 10 cents worse than estimates. ($0.31) Revenues came in at $128.6 million versus the consensus of $133.5 million.

Arbinet-thexchange (NASDAQ: ARBX) 2% LOWER; reported Q2 loss of $0.10 per share, versus the consensus of a loss of $0.02. Revenues came in at $134.6 million versus the consensus of $154.0 million. (only one analyst). Sees Q3 revenues comparable to Q2, versus the consensus of $166 million. (only one analyst)

Holly (NYSE: HOC) 1.3% HIGHER; reports Q2 earnings of $2.84 per share, 41 cents better than estimates. Revenues came in at $1.22 billion versus the consensus of $985.2 million. The Board of Directors has authorized a $100.0 million increase in their current common stock repurchase program.

Family Dollar Stores, Inc. (NYSE: FDO) INDICTED LOWER; said July comparable store sales for the four-week period increased 0.5%. The Company now expects that earnings per diluted share in the fourth quarter will be between $0.19 and $0.22, versus the consensus of $0.28. For the full year, the Company expects net income per diluted share to be between $1.55 and $1.58, versus the consensus of $1.64.

Argon ST, Inc. (NASDAQ: STST) INDICTED LOWER;reports Q3 revenues of $73.7 million vs. consensus of $86.72 million. The Company has revised its Fiscal Year 2007 guidance. Current targets for fiscal year end revenue are in the range of $276 to $286 million with expected operating income in the range of $28 to $29 million. (FY revenue consensus is $305.08 million
