Local.com Corporation (Nasdaq: LOCM) 33.7% HIGHER; announced it has been awarded patent number 7,200,413 by the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office for the method of responding to enhanced directory assistance inquiries using various protocols including voice-enabled and SMS systems.

Interoil Corp. (AMEX: IOC) 18.7% HIGHER; Raymond James upgrades to Strong Buy. The stock was down 55% last week.

Virgin Media, Inc. (Nasdaq: VMED) 15.6% HIGHER; According to reports from the Wall Street Journal, private equity firm The Carlyle Group is in talks to acquire Virgin Media. According to the paper, Carlyle has offered $33-$35 a share for Virgin Media.

North Pittsburgh Systems, Inc. (Nasdaq: NPSI) 13% HIGHER; Consolidated Communications Holdings, Inc. (Nasdaq: CNSL) entered into a definitive agreement to acquire North Pittsburgh Systems, Inc. for $25 per share in a taxable cash and stock transaction with a total consideration of $375.1 million, based on Consolidated\\\'s June 29, 2007 closing price.

Dobson Communications (Nasdaq: DCEL) 11.9% LOWER; AT&T Inc. (NYSE: T) announced that it will acquire Dobson Communications for approximately $2.8 billion in cash. Under terms of the agreement, approved by the boards of directors of both companies, Dobson stockholders will receive $13.00 per share for a total equity price of $2.8 billion on a fully-diluted basis.

Trump Entertainment Resorts, Inc. (NASDAQ: TRMP) 9% LOWER; said its Board of Directors has concluded that none of the indications of interest received to date for the acquisition of the Company represented or was likely to lead to a transaction that was in the best interests of the Company and its shareholders.

Reddy Ice Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: FRZ) 8% HIGHER; entered into a definitive merger agreement to be acquired by certain funds managed by GSO Capital Partners LP in a transaction with a total value of approximately $1.1 billion

LeCroy Corporation (NASDAQ: LCRY) 5% LOWER; expects to report revenue of approximately $152 million for the full 2007 fiscal year, which ended June 30, 2007. This compares with the Company\'s prior guidance of full-year revenue in the range of $155 to $160 million. The consensus is $157 million.
