(Nasdaq: SOFO) 22.7% LOWER; Revenues for the second quarter of fiscal 2007 were $3.82 million, an increase of 29 percent from the $2.95 million reported for the second quarter of fiscal 2006. The company reported a GAAP net loss of $1.91 million or 5 cents per share for the second quarter of fiscal 2007 compared to $947,000 or 3 cents per share in Q2-2006.

PC Mall (Nasdaq: MALL) 18.9% HIGHER; reports Q4 earnings of $0.14 per share, 10 cents better than estimates. Revenues came in at $256.8 million versus the consensus of $249.6 million. (only one analyst).

CollaGenex Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (NASDAQ:CGPI) 17% LOWER; said it has learned that one patient has experienced apparent significant photo-toxicity, a known side effect of tetracyclines, while participating in the 40 mg cohort of its Phase II dose-finding study of incyclinide for the treatment of acne. The Company is currently investigating this adverse event and has suspended enrollment of all new patients in the study

Hirsch International Corp. (NASDAQ: HRSH) 16% HIGHER; said Q1 net sales were $14.0 million, as compared to $8.6 million for the two months ended March 31, 2006. Earnings per share for the quarter was $0.09, as compared to $0.03 for the two months ended March 31, 2006. The stock is 25% higher in pre-open action.

China BAK Battery (Nasdaq: CBAK) 16% LOWER; BAK expects to report revenues for the second quarter of FY07 of approximately $29.5 million, down 22.7% from $38.2 million for the second quarter of fiscal 2006 (FY06); gross profit of approximately $6.1 million, or 20.8% of revenues, for the second quarter of FY07, down from $12.2 million, or 32.0% of revenues, for the second quarter of FY06; and net income of approximately $0.4 million for the second quarter of FY07, down from $7.6 million for the second quarter of FY06. (Consensus for Q2 revenues is $46.3 million)

DivX (Nasdaq: DIVX) 13% LOWER; reports Q1 earnings of $0.10 per share, 4 cents worse than estimates. Revenues came in at $20.2 million versus the consensus of $19.8 million. Sees Q2 revenues of $16.7-$18.7 million versus the consensus of $18.24 million.

Pain Therapeutics Inc. (Nasdaq: PTIE) 11% HIGHER; reports Q1 EPS of $0.28, 30 cents better than the consensus of a $0.02 loss. Revenues came in at $22 million versus the consensus of $12.95 million.

Sohu.com (Nasdaq: SOHU) 9.8% LOWER; reports Q1 earnings of $0.12 per share, $0.18 non-GAAP, versus the consensus of $0.15. Revenues came in at $33.1 million versus the consensus of $33.4 million. Sees Q2 non-GAAP EPS $0.17-$0.19, versus the consensus of $0.18. Sees Q2 revenues of $35.5-$37.5 million versus the consensus of $36.84 million.

MasterCard Incorporated (NYSE: MA) 8% HIGHER; reports Q1 EPS of $1.57 vs. consensus of $1.15. Revenues were $915 million vs. $840.32 million consensus.

Nortel Networks Corp. (NYSE: NT) 7.8% HIGHER; Q1 2007 revenues expected to be approximately $2.48. Q1 2007 gross margin expected slightly above 40 percent. For the full year 2007, the Company continues to expect revenues to be flat to down slightly compared to 2006. The Company also continues to expect full year 2007 gross margin to be in the low 40's, as a percentage of revenues, and operating margin(b) to be at 5 percent, or higher, of revenues. The Company also announced that David Drinkwater has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer on an interim basis, effective May 1, 2007.

Cooper Tire (NYSE: CTB) 7.6% HIGHER; reports Q1 EPS of $0.33 vs. consensus of $0.17. Revenues were $689 million vs. $672.09 million consensus.

Pharmacopeia Drug Discovery Inc. (Nasdaq: PCOP) 7.5% LOWER; announced the pricing of its underwritten public offering of 7,000,000 million shares of its common stock at a public offering price of $5.00 per share

Eagle Materials (NYSE: EXP) 7.5% HIGHER; reports Q4 earnings of $0.75 per share, versus the consensus of $0.62. Revenues came in at $191.8 million versus the consensus of $186.1 million. Eagle Materials also raised their annual cash dividend 14% to $0.80 per share.

SPSS Inc (Nasdaq: SPSS) 7% HIGHER; reports Q1 earnings of $0.39 per share, 13 cents better than estimates. Revenues came in at $70.2 million versus the consensus of $69.2 million. Sees Q2 EPS of $0.30-$0.35 versus the consensus of $0.30. Sees FY07 EPS $1.40-$1.50 (prior $1.20-$1.30) versus the consensus of $1.33.

General Cable Corp. (NYSE: BGC) 7% HIGHER; reports Q1 earnings of $1.01 per share, ex-items, 26 cents better than estimates. Revenues came in at $1.01 billion versus the consensus of $977.4 million. Sees Q2 EPS of $1.00 or higher versus the consensus of $0.87. Sees Q2 revs of $1.1 billion versus the consensus of $1.07 billion.

Immunomedics, Inc. (Nasdaq: IMMU) 6.5% LOWER; entered into definitive agreements with institutional investors to sell 4,848,485 shares of its common stock in a registered direct offering resulting in gross proceeds to the Company of approximately $24 million at a purchase price of $4.95 per share. Shares closed at $5.35 on Tuesday.

Buffalo Wild Wings Inc. (Nasdaq: BWLD) 6% HIGHER; reports Q1 EPS of $0.63, 11 cents better than estimates. Revenues came in at $79.9 million versus the consensus of $78.5 million.

Audible (Nasdaq: ADBL) 5.8% HIGHER; Citigroup upgrades Audible from Hold to Buy. Citigroup analyst says, "We believe the recent 15% pull-back in ADBL's share price provides an attractive entry point."

SPX Corp (NYSE: SPW) 5.6% HIGHER; reports Q1 earnings of $0.55 per share, 4 cents better than estimates. Revenues came in at $1.08 billion versus the consensus of $1.07 billion. Sees FY07 EPS of $4.45-$4.65 versus prior guidance of $3.85-$3.95 and the consensus of $3.95.

Jones Apparel (NYSE: JNY) 5% LOWER; reports Q1 earnings of $0.50 per share, ex-items, below the consensus of $0.60. Revenues came in at $1.25 billion versus the consensus of $1.22 billion. Sees FY07 EPS of $1.95-$2.05 below the consensus of $2.42.

United Online (Nasdaq: UNTD) 5% HIGHER; reports Q1 earnings of $0.27 per share, 2 cents better than estimates. Revenues came in at $129.9 million versus the consensus of $125 million. Sees Q2 revenues of $128-$132 million versus the consensus of $124.50 million. Sees FY07 revs of $510-$520 versus the consensus of $501.4 million.

NAVTEQ Corp. (NYSE: NVT) 5% HIGHER; reports Q1 EPS of $0.31, 12 cents better than estimates. Revenues came in at $160 million versus the consensus of $149.3 million. Sees FY EPS of $1.20-$1.26 versus the consensus of $1.24. Sees FY revs of $720-$750 million versus the consensus of $733.2 million.

Novatel Wireless (Nasdaq: NVTL) 5% HIGHER; reports Q1 earnings of $0.34 per share, $0.40 ex-items, versus the consensus of $0.28. Revenues came in at $109.8 million versus the consensus of $98.3 million. Sees Q2 EPS of $0.20-$0.22 and sees FY07 EPS of $1.00-$1.05, both above the consensus.

BioCryst Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (Nasdaq: BCRX) 4.8% HIGHER; announced that investigators at St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, Memphis, TN, reported favorable results evaluating peramivir treatment in an animal model of influenza using a highly virulent strain of H5N1 virus (an avian influenza strain that had caused fatal human infection in Viet Nam).

Invitrogen (Nasdaq: IVGN) 4.4% HIGHER; reports Q1 earnings of $1.01 per share, above the consensus of $0.78. Revenues came in at $309 million versus the consensus of $291.6 million. For FY07 Non-GAAP earnings per share is expected to grow 2 to 3 times revenue growth.

Chipotle Mexican Grill, Inc. (NYSE: CMG) 4% HIGHER; reports Q1 EPS of $0.38, 6 cents better than estimates. Revenues came in at $236.1 million versus the consensus of $228 million.

BISYS (NYSE: BSG) 3.75% HIGHER; announced that it has entered into a definitive agreement under which Citi (NYSE: C) would acquire all of its outstanding shares in a transaction valued at approximately $1.45 billion.

CIGNA (NYSE: CI) 2.5% HIGHER; reports Q1 earnings of $2.67 per share, ex items, versus the consensus of $2.51. Revenues came in at $4.37 billion versus the consensus of $4.28 billion. Sees Q2 EPS of $2.45-$2.70 versus the consensus of $2.62. Sees FY07 EPS of $10.25-$10.95 versus the consensus of $10.68.

Sprint Nextel Corp. (NYSE: S) 1% LOWER; reports Q1 EPS of $0.18, ex-items, below the consensus of $0.22. Revenues came in at $10.1 billion versus the consensus of $10.31 billion. Reaffirms forecast.
