webMethods, Inc. (Nasdaq: WEBM) 25% HIGHER; Software AG and webMethods announced that they have entered into a definitive agreement for Software AG to acquire webMethods in a cash tender offer for $9.15 per share or approximately $546 million.

Fuwei Films (Holdings) Co., Ltd. (NASDAQ: FFHL) 19% HIGHER; Revenues for full year 2006 were RMB 436.8 million (US$55.9 million) compared to RMB 346.2 million for 2005. Net Income for the 2006 Fiscal Year was RMB 67.7 million (US$8.7 million) or US$7.88 per share compared to RMB 57.1 million for the comparable period in 2005.

Pharmacyclics, Inc. (Nasdaq: PCYC) 19% HIGHER; Yesterday the company announced its request to the FDA that its New Drug Application (NDA) for Xcytrin Injection be filed over protest. The NDA seeks approval to market the drug for the treatment of non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) patients with brain metastases.

Dendreon Corp. (Nasdaq: DNDN) 18.3% HIGHER; is seeing significant upside action on no new news. On March 29, in a surprise move an FDA panel backed the company's PROVENGE for prostate cancer. The Company anticipates a decision from the FDA on PROVENGE by May 15, 2007.

Antigenics Inc. (Nasdaq: AGEN) 17% HIGHER; no news; moving in sympathy with DNDN.

Rackable Systems, Inc., (NASDAQ: RACK) 16.5% LOWER; As a result of lower than expected gross margin and operating income, the company anticipates a net loss for the first quarter of 2007, on both a GAAP and non-GAAP basis. The consensus is a $0.05 profit.

American Mortgage Acceptance Company (AMEX: AMC) 16% HIGHER; announced the Company completed over $113.2 million of financing and investment volume in commercial mortgage loans or securities in the first quarter of 2007.

Optionable Inc. (OTCBB: OPBL) 13.8% HIGHER; sees renewed upside momentum

Vocus, Inc. (Nasdaq: VOCS) 13% HIGHER; priced its previously announced follow-on public offering at $19.50 per share.
