Osiris Therapeutics, Inc. (NASDAQ: OSIR) 17% LOWER; announced six-month interim results in its evaluation of CHONDROGEN for the regeneration of meniscus in the knee. At the six month time point, CHONDROGEN met its primary endpoint, demonstrating product safety. The trial did not demonstrate that CHONDROGEN resulted in a statistically significant increase in the volume of meniscus as compared to placebo; however, an improvement in baseline cartilage and joint condition was noted in patients treated with the stem cell drug that was not seen in patients that received placebo.

iRobot (Nasdaq: IRBT) 14.6% LOWER; reports a Q4 loss of $0.08, in-line with estimates.(-.08) Revenues were $61.1 million vs. $62.06 million consensus. Sees FY07 revenues between $225-235 million vs. $229.8 million.

Shanda Interactive Entertainment Ltd. (Nasdaq: SNDA) 13% HIGHER; reports Q4 EPS of $0.30, ex-items, versus the consensus of $0.23. Revenues came in at $60.3 million versus the consensus of $57.8 million.

Applebee's International, Inc. (Nasdaq: APPB) 11.6% HIGHER; announced that its Board of Directors has formed a committee of independent directors to explore strategic alternatives for enhancing shareholder value, including a possible recapitalization or sale of the company.

Expeditors International of Washington, Inc. (Nasdaq: EXPD) 9% HIGHER; reports Q4 EPS of $0.28 vs. consensus of $0.31. Revenues were $1.24 billion vs. consensus of $1.28 billion.

Ceridian Corporation (NYSE: CEN) 7% HIGHER; said its Board of Directors has decided to explore a broad range of strategic alternatives to enhance shareholder value. The Board has retained Greenhill & Co., LLC as its financial advisor and Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz as legal advisor to assist in this effort.

priceline.com (Nasdaq: PCLN) 6.5% HIGHER; reports Q4 EPS of $0.58 (ex-items), 18 cents better than estimates.(0.40) Revenues were $260.1 million vs. $235.93 million consensus. Sees Q1 EPS between $0.22-0.30 vs. $0.29 consensus. Sees FY07 EPS between $2.60-2.90 vs. $2.53 consensus.

Alcoa (NYSE: AA) 6.5% HIGHER; Reports in Europe, BHP Billiton Ltd. (NYSE: BHP) and Rio Tinto PLC (NYSE: RTP) are each considering bids for the company worth around $40 billion.

Hansen Natural Corp. (Nasdaq: HANS) 6% LOWER; JP Morgan and Goldman Sachs downgrades

Build-A-Bear Workshop Inc. (NYSE: BBW) 6% HIGHER; Credit Suisse upgrades to Outperform

Rainmaker Systems (Nasdaq: RMKR) 5.6% HIGHER; reports Q4 GAAP EPS of $0.06 (non-GAAP EPS was $0.11) vs. consensus of $0.05. Revenues were $14.4 million vs. $13.59 million consensus. Rainmaker expects to grow fiscal 2007 revenue to $65 million to $67 million, representing growth of approximately 33% to 37% from 2006. For the first quarter of 2007, Rainmaker expects to report a slight increase in revenue from the fourth quarter of 2006. (FY07 revenue consensus is $61.87 million and Q1 revenue consensus is $14.23 million)

Wyndham Worldwide (NYSE: WYN) 3.8% HIGHER; reports Q4 earnings of $0.44 per share, ex-items, 4 cents better than estimates. Revenues came in at $970 million versus the consensus of $911.9 million. Sees FY07 EPS of $1.84-2.02, ex-items versus the consensus of $1.87. Sees FY07 revenues of $4.11-$4.26 billion versus the consensus of $4.14 billion.

General Motors (NYSE: GM) 3.4% HIGHER; Merrill Lynch upgrades to Buy

CROCS Inc. (Nasdaq: CROX) 3% HIGHER; entered into a licensing agreement with Warner Bros. Consumer Products, Inc. The agreement, which covers both Crocs footwear and Jibbitz shoe Charms, among other products, allows Crocs and Jibbitz to license properties by Warner Bros. Consumer Products on behalf of DC Comics.

Ford Motor Co. (NYSE: F) 2.3% LOWER; Merrill Lynch downgrades to Sell

Blue Nile Inc. (Nasdaq: NILE) 1% LOWER; reports Q4 EPS of $0.35, 4 cents better than estimates. Revenues came in at $90.7 million versus the consensus of $91.84 million. Sees Q1 EPS of $0.14-$0.15, versus the consensus of $0.17. Sees Q1 sales of $61-$63 million versus the consensus of $62.1 million. Sees FY EPS of $0.80-$0.85 versus the consensus of $0.92. Sees FY sales of $290-$300 million versus the consensus of $302.4 million.
