(OTC: NWACQ) for an amended and restated Airline Services Agreement between the two parties, subject to confirmation by the bankruptcy court overseeing Northwest's chapter 11 bankruptcy proceedings. Partnership through at least 2017. Pinnacle will receive an allowed unsecured claim of $377.5 million.

SciClone Pharmaceuticals (NASDAQ: SCLN) 42.6% HIGHER; SCLN and Sigma-Tau S.p.A. announced positive interim survival data from a large phase 2 trial treating patients with stage IV malignant melanoma, the most advanced form of this cancer.

EVCI Career Colleges Holding Corp. (Nasdaq: EVCI) 23% LOWER; Company granted 180 day extension to regain NASDAQ compliance with minimum $1.00 bid price.

Red Hat Inc. (NYSE: RHT) 16.6% HIGHER; Reports Q3 EPS of $0.14, 2 cents better than estimates.(0.12) Revenues was up 45% from the year-ago quarter and 6% from the prior quarter to $105.8 million vs. $104.16 million consensus. Subscription revenue was $88.9 million, up 48% year-over-year and 5% sequentially. Sees Q4 sale of $112-$113 million, versus the consensus of $111.15 million. Sees Q4 adjusted EPS of $0.14-$0.15, versus the consensus of $0.13. NOTE: Stock up 12%.

Mamma.com Inc. (Nasdaq: MAMA) 13.7% LOWER; Stock seeing profit taking after moving up almost 100% in the past 6 trading sessions.

Jones Soda Co. (NASDAQ: JSDA) 10.8% HIGHER; Jim Cramer makes positive comments on Mad Money.

Bentley Pharmaceuticals (NYSE: BNT) 10.6% HIGHER; Announced that its U.S. marketing partner, Perrigo Company (Nasdaq: PRGO), has received approval from the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) to market generic simvastatin 5 mg, 10 mg, 20 mg, 40 mg and 80 mg tablets in the U.S. The FDA has determined that these formulations, which will be manufactured at Bentley's facilities in Spain, are bioequivalent and have the same therapeutic effect as that of the reference drug, Merck's (NYSE: MRK) Zocor.

Escala Group Inc. (Nasdaq: ESCL) 9.6% LOWER; Stock seeing profit taking after moving up over 120% in the past 4 trading sessions.

MAXIMUS Inc. (NYSE: MMS) 9.2% LOWER; The Company initiated arbitration related to its subcontract on the Texas integrated eligibility project. Also, this morning, Stifel Nicolaus downgraded the stock.

ADESA, Inc. (NYSE: KAR) 8.6% HIGHER; Company has entered into a definitive merger agreement to be acquired (for $27.85 per share) by a group of private equity funds consisting of Kelso & Company, GS Capital Partners, an affiliate of Goldman Sachs, ValueAct Capital and Parthenon Capital.

Gmarket Inc. (Nasdaq: GMKT) 6% LOWER: Jim Cramer tells investors to take profits after stock popped 25% this week.
