Possis Medical, Inc. (NASDAQ: POSS) 16% HIGHER; announced that it has received clearance from the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) to market its AngioJet Xpeedior catheter to remove blood clots (thrombus) from upper- and lower-extremity peripheral veins.

Restoration Hardware (Nasdaq: RSTO) 9% HIGHER; reports a Q3 loss of $0.15, 1 cent better than estimates.(-.16) Revenues were $157.1 million vs. $151.53 million consensus. Sees Q4 Income per diluted share will be in the range of $0.34 to $0.44 per share, which includes a charge of approximately $0.02 per share attributable to the adoption of SFAS 123R and up to $0.06 per share for costs associated with the Company's bonus program. Current consensus is $0.43. Sees Q4 total revenue growth of 24 to 28 percent over the fourth quarter last year (the extra week adds approximately 6 percentage points to the quarter's growth rate).

3Com Corporation (Nasdaq: COMS) 9% LOWER; agreed to buy Huawei Technologies' 49 percent stake in Huawei-3Com (H3C) for $882 million, which represents an implied equity value of $1.8 billion. The transaction is subject to customary approval in the People's Republic of China.

Dress Barn (Nasdaq: DBRN) 7% HIGHER; reports Q1 EPS of $0.40, 3 cents better than estimates.(0.37) Revenues were $358.4 million vs. $351.7 million consensus. As a result of the record first quarter earnings performance, the Company has raised its earnings guidance per diluted share for the full fiscal year ending July 28, 2007 to the range of $1.30 to $1.35 from its previous earnings guidance of $1.25 to $1.30 per diluted share. Current FY07 EPS consensus is $1.31

Exlservice Holdings, Inc. (Nasdaq: EXLS) 5% LOWER; neutral to negative coverage by a number of brokerage firms

Aeropostale Inc. (NYSE: ARO) 4.7% HIGHER; reports Q3 EPS of $0.61, including $0.01 charge and $0.03 loss from JimmyZ subsidiary. Revenues came in at $385.5 million versus the consensus of $384.38 million. Sees Q4 EPS of $0.89-$0.91 versus the consensus of $0.90.
