GE Appoints Six New Company Officers

BOSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- GE (NYSE: GE) announced today the appointment of six new Company officers.

Patrick Franklin has joined GE as Vice President & General Manager, Applications, GE Digital. Prior to joining GE, he was a Vice President of Engineering at Google. Over his twenty-five year career, Patrick has held leadership positions at Amazon, Microsoft, Intel and the United States Navy. Patrick earned a bachelor’s degree in mathematics from Oregon State University in Corvallis, OR.

Andres Isaza has joined GE as Vice President & Chief Commercial Officer, GE Renewable Energy. Prior to joining GE, Andres spent his entire career at ABB Group progressing through many executive positions in sales globally. Andres earned a master's degree in electrical engineering from Genoa University in Genoa, Italy and has been a Lieutenant Officer Instructor at the Antiaircraft Academy in Italy.

Amber Kagan has been promoted to Vice President Labor & Employment, GE. Amber joined GE in 2010 after more than twenty years in private practice with Morgan, Lewis & Bockius, where she worked her way from summer associate to associate to partner, eventually becoming the head of the New York Labor & Employment Practice Group. Amber earned a bachelor’s degree in psychology from State University of New York in Buffalo, NY and her juris doctor from University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia, PA.

Steven Martin has joined GE as Vice President & Chief Digital Officer, GE Energy Connections. Prior to joining GE, Martin was General Manager & Chief Data Scientist, Azure at Microsoft. Over his twenty-five year career, Steven has held leadership positions in engineering, product management, venture capital and strategy. Martin earned his bachelor’s degree in behavioral psychology from The University of Texas in Austin, TX.

Matteo Tarditi has been promoted to Vice President & Chief Financial Officer, GE Energy Connections. Matteo has been at GE for more than nineteen years and has worked at a variety of GE businesses from Healthcare to Oil & Gas to Aviation. Most recently Matteo was Chief Financial Officer for the Grid Solutions business in GE Energy Connections. He earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Bocconi University in Milan, Italy.

Melissa Twiningdavis has been promoted to Vice President, Europe Supply Chain, GE Global Growth Organization. With more than eighteen years of experience at GE, Melissa has held a variety of leadership roles in sourcing and operations at GE Aviation. Most recently she was General Manager of Component Repair for GE Aviation Services Supply Chain. Melissa earned a bachelor’s degree in international studies from Muhlenberg College in Allentown, PA and a master’s degree in engineering from Tufts University in Medford, MA.
