NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- CA Technologies (NASDAQ: CA) today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a regular, quarterly cash dividend of $0.255 per share of common stock. The dividend will be paid on December 6, 2016 to stockholders of record at the close of business on November 17, 2016.
