PURCHASE, N.Y.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- MasterCard Incorporated (NYSE: MA) today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend to holders of shares of its Class A common stock and Class B common stock. The cash dividend of 19 cents per share will be paid on November 9, 2016 to holders of record of its Class A common stock and Class B common stock as of October 10, 2016.
