ValueAct Capital Sells 18M Microsoft (MSFT) Shares

A new filing showed that hedge fund ValueAct Capital sold 18,000,000 Microsoft (NASDAQ: MSFT) shares from 07/28-07/29 at prices from $55.95-$56.38.

ValueAct Capital first got involved in Microsoft in 2013 and was instrumental in its turnaround. In 2014, Mason Morfit, president of ValueAct Capital, was appointed to the company's board of directors and its audit committee.
