Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition

 

On July 8, 2016, Ultra Clean Holdings, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release reaffirming its second quarter 2016 revenue guidance and noting that the Company expects revenue to be at the high end of its guided range of $123 million to $128 million for such quarter. A copy of the Company’s press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.

(NASDAQ: UCTT), a leading developer and supplier of critical systems and subsystems for the semiconductor capital equipment, flat panel, medical, energy and research industries, reaffirmed its second quarter 2016 revenue guidance today. The Company expects revenue to be at the high end of its guided range of $123 million to $128 million for the quarter.

 

The Company will release financial results for the second quarter on Thursday, July 28, 2016 after market close and will host a conference call the same day.
