SMS Assist Expands World-Class Leadership Team with Hiring of Experienced Tech Executive Mark Levin as General Manager

Levin to Lead Newly Combined Internal and External Services Teams

CHICAGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- SMS Assist, an innovative mobile and cloud-based multisite property management company, today announced that seasoned IT executive, Mark Levin, will lead the company’s new recurring services team as general manager.

With more than 25 years of experience growing multi-billion-dollar technology companies and venture capital-funded start-ups, Mark brings extensive strategic and operations expertise to improve efficiency, reduce costs and ensure quality service for SMS Assist’s fast-growing network of clients and affiliates.

In his new role, Levin will provide leadership and operations and growth oversight for SMS Assist’s recurring services department, formed from its combined exterior, interior and strategic services teams.

Prior to SMS Assist, Levin led strategy and implementation as general manager for General Computer Science Corporation, a global technology solutions and services company. Before that, Levin served as general manager for Wipro Technologies, achieving double-digit percentage increases in revenue and customer satisfaction for its U.S. manufacturing business line. Previously, Levin led a $1.2 billion business unit to deliver substantial increases in revenue, client base and market share as vice president for outsourcing services at Cap Gemini.
