European Capital Private Debt Fund Closes at €473.5 Million

LONDON, May 10, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- European Capital Fund Management Limited announced today that its European mid-market direct lending fund, European Capital Private Debt, LP (the "Fund"), successfully reached its final close on 15 April 2016, bringing the total commitments of the Fund to €473.5 million ($540 million).
The Fund has already invested €320 million across 14 portfolio companies based in France, United Kingdom, Spain and Germany. The Fund is focused on providing financing for sponsor-led acquisitions of mid-market European companies.

The investor group is comprised of 17 institutional investors, including insurance companies, pension funds, asset managers and family offices, from the UK, U.S., France, Switzerland, Germany, Belgium and the Middle East.
