Grainger (NYSE: GWW) declared a quarterly dividend of $1.22 per share, or $4.88 annualized. This is a 4.3% increase from the prior dividend of $1.17.

The dividend will be payable on June 1, 2016, to stockholders of record on May 9, 2016, with an ex-dividend date of May 5, 2016.
