Kroger Board of Directors Declares Quarterly Dividend, Approves Incremental $500 Million Share Repurchase Program

CINCINNATI, March 10, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- The Kroger Co.'s (NYSE: KR) Board of Directors today declared a quarterly dividend of 10.5 cents per share to be paid on June 1, 2016, to shareholders of record on the close of business on May 13, 2016.

Kroger has delivered double-digit compound growth in its dividend since it was reinstated in 2006. The company continues to expect an increasing dividend over time.

Kroger today also announced a new, $500 million share repurchase program, supplementing the current authorization, which has $175.6 million remaining as of March 9, 2016.
