(b) On March 1, 2016, Linda Katehi, Ph.D. notified DeVry Education Group Inc. (“DeVry Group”) of her resignation from the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of DeVry Group, effective immediately. There were no disagreements with DeVry Group on any matter relating to its operations, policies or practices that led to Dr. Katehi’s decision to resign.
