K-Z to Manage Livin' Lite RV Operations

SHIPSHEWANA, Ind., March 1, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- K.Z., Inc. announced the incorporation of Livin Lite RV, Inc. into its expanding operating network, effective February 22, 2016. Thor (NYSE: THO), through a wholly-owned subsidiary, acquired the net assets of innovative RV maker Livin Lite RV in August of 2013. Heading up the K-Z/Venture/Livin Lite group is Aram Koltookian, president.
