Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

 

On February 25, 2016, the Compensation, Management Development and Succession Committee of the Board of Directors of Morgan Stanley (the “Company”) approved that Colm Kelleher, who was named President of the Company effective January 6, 2016, will receive base salary of $1.2 million retroactive to January 1, 2016, and standard relocation benefits and continuation of his monthly housing allowance related to his relocation from the UK to the US.
