RealPage (RP) Tops Q4 EPS by 1c; Guides Above the Street

RealPage (NASDAQ: RP) reported Q4 EPS of $0.16, $0.01 better than the analyst estimate of $0.15. Revenue for the quarter came in at $121.2 million versus the consensus estimate of $121.19 million.

GUIDANCE:

RealPage sees Q1 2016 EPS of $0.16, versus the consensus of $0.15. RealPage sees Q1 2016 revenue of $125-127 million, versus the consensus of $125.34 million.

RealPage sees FY2016 EPS of $0.68-$0.72, versus the consensus of $0.63. RealPage sees FY2016 revenue of $565-575 million, versus the consensus of $523.4 million.
