Brian Study joins Mattersight in the newly-created position of Chief Customer Officer, reporting to COO David Gustafson. As the leader of the company's customer-facing teams, Study is responsible for ensuring Mattersight provides consistently best-in-class customer experience for its growing customer base. It's a role he is well-equipped for, having spent the last decade leading customer-success organizations, including 8+ years at SAVO, a SaaS company focused on sales enablement. While there, Study led implementation, support, pre-sales consulting and customer success, and served as the company's Chief Customer Officer. Prior to SAVO, Study spent 14 years in management consulting, including four years in Deloitte's CRM and call center practice.

Marcel Korst joins Mattersight after a 13-year career at Microsoft where, in his most recent position as Director of Marketing & PR for Worldwide Customer Service & Support, he led brand, product marketing, demand generation, marketing automation, public relations and analyst relations. He represented Microsoft at the Forrester CX Leaderboard and championed numerous CX initiatives including the implementation of Mattersight Predictive Behavioral Routing, giving him an insider's perspective on Mattersight's value proposition. As the new Vice President of Product Marketing and CX Strategy, reporting to CMO Jason Wesbecher, Korst is responsible for product evangelization, analyst relations, competitive positioning and customer marketing.

Both Gregg Carman and Matt Heller join Mattersight reporting to SVP of Sales Ryan Swanger, whose team is responsible for selling Predictive Behavioral Routing into new accounts. Carman will be managing and building out the eastern region and joins Mattersight from Kaleo Software, where he was Chief Revenue Officer. He has held prior sales and leadership positions at eLoyalty, Siebel and SAP, and was the key character in a Harvard Business School case study on selling high-technology solutions. Heller is charged with building out the central region and brings more than 20 years' sales experience and insight to the task, having held positions at Zacks, EnvoyWorldWide, Valrolli and, most recently, Nuance Communications.
