(b) On December 17, 2015, Vito Palombella, Ph.D., Chief Scientific Officer of Infinity Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (the “Company”) notified the Company of his decision to resign effective January 22, 2016. Dr. Palombella confirmed that he is not resigning as a result of any dispute or disagreement with the Company.
