Best Buy Offers Discount on Some Apple Watch Models (AAPL) as Holiday Shopping Season Continues

Apple's (Nasdaq: AAPL) Apple Watch is seeing a discounted price at one notable big-box retailer.

Best Buy (NYSE: BBY) is selling the 38mm Apple Watch Sport starting at $249 and is also offering the 42mm Apple Watch Sport at $299. Both are essentially $100 off discounts.

In fact, all of the Apple Watches at Best Buy are discounted by $100 as part of the current promotion. It wasn't made clear when prices will revert back to MSRP.

Target (NYSE: TGT) is also offering a $100 discount on the devices, but that only comes in the form of a Target gift card.

Both deals come with around two weeks until Christmas and as the holiday shopping season nears its peak.

Shares of Apple are lower in early trading.
