The Registrant submitted its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the fiscal quarter ended September 30, 2015. Following final revisions, the report was submitted via EDGAR beginning shortly before 5:30 pm Eastern Time (ET), the deadline for EDGAR submissions. However, the electronic transmission of the report via EDGAR took longer than expected, and the transmission was not completed until 5:31 pm ET. As a result, the report is considered to have been filed as of November 17, 2015.
