Disney (NYSE: DIS) released the final trailer for its highly-anticipated film Star Wars: The Force Awakens overnight and advance tickets for the movie also went on sale yesterday. While being greeted with a very positive response from fans, it is doing little to move the needle in the stock market today.

Shares of Disney are up fractionally (+0.2%) today and some bulls are peeling back next year's estimates. In a note to clients today, Nomura's Anthony DiClemente bumped Q4 EPS estimate to $1.15 from $1.12 but lowered FY 2016 EPS to $5.50 from $5.73 and is now below the consensus for the year. The analyst cited launch expenses for the Shanghai Park, FX headwinds, and Hulu losses.

As for the trailer, Disney debuted it on ESPN during last night's Monday night football game and on YouTube. The trailer shows an older Han Solo (still played by an older Harrison Ford) explaining to two new characters that "the dark side, the Jedi... they're real." It also shows glimpses of Princess Leia, Chewbacca and R2D2. The trailer also introduces the evil Kylo Ren, who takes the place of Darth Vader (a burnt out Vader mask is seen in the trailer). "I will finish what you started" Ren is seen saying to the burnt out mask.

With the trailer debut, advanced ticket sales also started. Response was so extreme that some pre-sale ticket sites like Fandago crashed as Star Wars loyalist rushed to place orders.

The movie comes to theaters December 18, 2015.
