IPC Healthcare Continues Florida Expansion With Acquisition of Three Practice Groups

NORTH HOLLYWOOD, Calif., Oct. 1, 2015 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- IPC Healthcare, Inc. (Nasdaq: IPCM), a leading national acute hospitalist and post-acute provider organization, announced today that it has acquired the following practices in Ocala, Florida: Ocala Hospital Group, PA; Hospitalists of Ocala, LLC; and Ocala Geriatric Services. The acquisitions complement IPC Healthcare's existing market presence for acute and post-acute services in the Ocala region.
