Bank of America analyst Andrew Stott sees strategic and financial upside in Anheuser-Busch InBev (NYSE: BUD) from a potential deal with SABMiller. Stott sees potential material EPS upside under various scenarios and he models EPS enhancement of 8%, 10%, 13% from 2016-2018 in a central case and enhancement of 12%, 14%, and 17% in a bull case, assuming an offer of 4000p.
