First Data said planning to raise $3B in IPO, according to the WSJ. The offering is expected to commence later this week.
KKR & Co. (NYSE: KKR) took First Data private in 2007 for about $26 billion. The firm may file for the IPOs proposed price range today.
The IPO could give First Data a market cap of $20 to $25 billion.
