Piper Jaffray analyst Michael Olson reiterated an Overweight rating and boosted his price target on Electronic Arts (NASDAQ: EA) to $79.00 (from $72.00), saying they have increasing confidence in EA's upcoming release of Star Wars Battlefront based on our analysis of YouTube trailer views for the game relative to other major titles from recent years.

Olson commented, "Assuming first month YouTube trailer views are a proxy for gamer interest & demand, our analysis suggests Star Wars Battlefront has potential to rank among the most successful titles of the last few years. First month YouTube trailer views for Star Wars Battlefront rank among the last four versions of Call of Duty and closely behind Grand Theft Auto V, all of which had unit sales that were at least in the high teens. We are currently modeling for Star Wars Battlefront units of 10.5m in FY16 (from 11/17 launch through the end of Mar-16). Maintain OW; raising PT from $72 to $79."
